This Privacy Policy explains how Veriis Labs handles information when you use our document-intelligence platform. We designed Veriis around a simple principle: process what we need, keep as little as possible, and never repurpose your data.

Document content you submit for extraction — such as identity documents and resumes — is processed in memory to produce structured results. This content is not written to disk, cached, or forwarded to third-party model providers.

Account information such as your name, work email, and workspace settings is stored to operate your account. Usage metadata such as request counts and latency is collected to run and improve the Service.

We use submitted documents solely to return extraction results to you. We use account and usage information to provide the Service, secure it against abuse, provide support, and understand aggregate performance.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your document content to train models.

Document content is processed transiently and is not retained after a request completes. Structured results are returned to you and held only as long as needed to deliver them.

Account and billing records are retained for as long as your workspace is active and as required to meet legal and accounting obligations.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, cloud hosting), under contracts that require appropriate safeguards. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.

We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Veriis and its users.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you. You can exercise these rights through your workspace administrator or by contacting us.

If you are in the EEA or UK, we process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and act as a processor for the document content you submit.
